The incident, which sparked a large police presence, happened late Monday afternoon, June 12. Authorities blocked off Causeway Street near TD garden after reports of a suspicious item in the area.

Investigators quickly determined that there was no threat to the public and gave an all clear and began reopening the road. No other information was provided.
